This is my current wishlist:

CPU: Intel Core i5 4570 3.2GHz

MOBO: Asus H87-PRO

Case: Corsair Graphite 230T Grey Windowed

HDD: Seagate Desktop HDD 2TB 7200RPM 64MB SATA-III

SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB SATA-III 2.5 inch

RAM :Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB DDR3 1600MHz CL9 Dual Channel Kit Rev. A

Now for the PSU, what should I choose between: Corsair RM650 and Seasonic M12II-620?

Or maybe should I go for a more powerfull Seasonic M12II-750?

Both Seasonics are cheaper than the Corsair.

Also, I'm not sure if I should go for an overclockable CPU, the main reason I consider this is because I think I'll need to OC in a few years when this CPU starts to show it's age. The 3.2 ghz i5 saves me some money, plus I need better cooling for OC. What do you guys think, is it worth the extra money for the abillity to OC? Am I going to need the extra power?

600w is more than enough. The seasonics are both just 80+ I think, so you'd be better with a 80+ gold PSU. You could go for the EVGA Nex650G, or 600b if you wanted to save some money. Honestly, by the time you get to the point where you need to overlock in order to keep things running well, it's time for a CPU upgrade anyway. The 4670K will give you longer usage, but not by much.

You don't necessarily need to overclock.

I would suggest the Corsair RM series PSU. That power supply is amazing. I have it.

Thank you for you answers, I think I'll go with the non-K i5, and go with the Nex650G or RM650. I forgot to mention, the GPU will be an Asus R9 290 DirectCU II.

One more question, as a SSD doesn't affect my FPS in games, do you think I should go for a cheaper SSD like the Kingston V300, I'll only be using it for Windows, so I can boot faster, and some games. Is Samsung more reliable?

@ChilllKyle, is your RM silent? I've heard this series is supposed to be really quiet, but I've seen some people on forums complaining about them making some whining noises.

There's so little difference between SSDs that you should just go with the cheapest. Kingston is still a good brand.

The RM series has a mode where the fan won't spin up until it needs to, so it should be silent most of the time.

Yes, my fan is always silent because I don't use all the potential power of my 850Watt PSU.
