Phone not rebboting

I recently installed the pixel experience rom on my device (Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro) it was installed perfectly without any issues. Today I got a system update and I downloaded it and tap on install. It showed a message that the device will reboot into recovery mode. The device turned off and rebooted but there was nothing on the screen it was all black but I can tell that the screen is on. So I left it for 1 hour it still didn't turn on or showed anything on the screen. Now whenever I press the power button to reboot the phone vibrates and the screen turns on without anything on it, its all black. This is happening every time now. Still no post. I don't know if my phone was unlocked or not for going into recovery reboot. Does anyone know how can i fix this?
