PC not turning on

So i was watching Some YouTube and suddenly my pc freezes, my keyboard and mouse stop working, the screen I used to watch goes black and my computer shuts down. 

 

I have tried turning it on again and all the fans spin up, my hard drives spinning up as well but nothing on the screen. 

 

Can somebody help?
