Need recommendation for Pc for gaming/modelling/rendering

Hello. I am new to this community. I need help/recommendation on what pc spec should I get for gaming and modelling/rendering needs. I am a 3D artist/student and a casual gamer.

 

My laptop with I7-7700hq, gtx1050 4gb and 8gb Ram isn't enough to run some of the 3d softwares and games so I want to build a new pc in the next few weeks.

 

My budget would be 1800 USD/ 2500 SGD. 

 

I also saw the release of 30series but I do not have the time to wait now as Ive got school projects to handle(work from home). I will really appreciate any help/recommendation!

You will be able to get a 30 series GPU this month so wait and use the laptop
