30 Series Bottleneck?

In January i purchased the evga XC Ultra RTX 2060s and it has been great. I just sold my old 1660ti and was considering selling my current 2060s as well to buy the 3070 or 3080. I still have an i7-7700k with my ASUS PRIME Z270-A and wanted to get your guys opinion. 

 

- Is it worth it to sell my 2060 Super to buy one of these new cards? And if so..

 

- .. Would my CPU cause any bottlenecking issues?
