Boot up issue

Hi! I have a little problem with my PC. Everytime I boot it up it will not boot normally into windows like it used to. It just goes to the "American Megatrends" screen after the ASUS boot up 

 

Normal

I'm using a ASUS board, normally it goes. ASUS boot up screen > Windows loading > Windows log in. 

 

Abnormal

ASUS boot up > American Megatrend POST (I have to manually hit F1 to go into bios and exit bios for the boot up to continue)

 

Is there something I set in the bios for it to always trigger the POST? How do I get back the boot up where it doesn't enter the American Megatrends POST screen?

Here's the spec list.

 

But I highly doubt that the specs matters here in my case as I have mention in my original post that I only ran into this issue recently, I have the exact same specs prior to this issue. I'm suspecting a bios setting problem but I just can't seem to find where the problem lies.

It's an Asus board. That's all we have to go by. For all we know it could have been a system from 2011.......

 

Have you ever updated the bios??
