Hi,

I bought a Vizio E Series LED HDTV 47" the other day after purchasing an E Series 42" with horrible visual quality. This new one looks great and it was only 50$ more than the 42" one. However, I noticed the audio keeps dropping down. It doesn't physically change the audio level by turning it down, it just gets quiet and then a few seconds later back to its audio level I assinged it. I have tried editing the audio several times but it just happens no matter what. But, it doesn't happen on DVD players, Netflix, Youtube etc etc. I suspected it was my tv provider's box but they haven't gotten back yet.

What could be the problem?

This is the TV by the way.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

That seems strange, It probably is your TV providers box in this case.

If not then it might actually be the TV itself but then again it's not doing that youtube and whatnot... Everything's plugged in well right?

Hi,

I have everything plugged in. First I tried HDMI and then the AV cables but the audio problem still exists. I seriously hope it isn't the TV. It would be my third return for a broken tv. lol
