Need some help/info

I currently have my setup booting from an NVME 970 Evo. I would like to cache my 500gb SSD 860 to my 10tb HDD. I saw you can do it by activating intel rapid tech but I was wondering will that take away performance from the 970? I'm not too knowledgeable on these things so I'm asking for tips, guides and/or solution.  

Specs are 
i9-9900k

GTX 1080 ti
Asus Z390-A Motherboard
1tb 970 EVO SSD
1tb 860 EVO SSD
500gb 860 EVO SSD
10tb Seagate Ironwolf HDD
48GB 3200 RAM

If I'm missing anything or any necessary info is needed please let me know.

I've never tried using cache devices or programs.

But as far as I am aware you shouldn't see a difference in performance from adjacent devices.

There may be small overhead differences, but they should be negligible in this situation.
