I have intel HD integrated graphics (with no number behind it) and no matter what its always 0%, even in games. i'm surprise you even can game with that gpu.

try installing intel driver.

microsoft basic drive is good only for a simple display adapter.

It probably lags anyway. The integrated graphics in 2010 i3's is really, really bad. It's doing all it can, it just isn't fast enough to run Half Life or Minecraft. It also might not have the capability to report usage.

 

You can try downloading the latest intel graphics drivers from the manufacturer of your laptop and see if that fixes it, but don't expect performance to get any better.

It's not supported in windows 10 officially so that is why it is doing this.

Thank you for replying, I have already tried updating the driver but its up to date and I reinstalled it too, none of these fixed the problem, Thanks again.

This. It's not 0%. It has to be doing *something* or you wouldn't have a display at all. It probably isn't capable of reporting usage either on a fundamental level, or just because the driver doesn't enable it.
