Many pc issues

When I play call of duty modern warfare sometimes I lunch the game from battle.net app and it tells me server disconnected, I searched a lot and it was mostly about the internet and modem, but my brother is connected the same way but he doesn’t have issues, I fixed it by making a static ip, and then when I enter the game I get some drop frames from 144 to 20 when my setting are set to low on my MSI RTX 2080TI (3x Fan), also it happened to me in some other games, and when I play Minecraft my game crashes many times, I made my own pc, my mother board is gigabyte Aorus z390 elite, my cpu i9-9900k (I am not overclocking), 32GB RAM 3600MHz DDR4, I have a x63 NZXT AIO cooler for the cpu ( 2x 140mm fans), my power supply is (DEEP COOL DQ850M 80 PLUS GOLD POWER SUPPLY), my case is NZXT H500, the temperatures are not bad, the GPU is lower than 90 degrees Celsius, and my cpu temps are lower that 60 degrees Celsius, My windows code is from a website you advertised on your channel, my ram is using x.m.p profile, my brother has his own custom build pc but he doesn’t have issues, I also had drop frames when I used a gigabyte RTX 2060 super so it is probably not a GPU hardware issue, I had the same issues on my old pc that I didn’t build.

What kind of storage do you use for your games and your windows install?

M.2 for both

Also I forgot to say that my GPU load is less than 15% when I am playing but my cpu load is 25% or higher sometimes even 100%

maybe, just maybe the issue here is, the lan cable.

As that might be the only thing you probably didn't replace?

I don’t think so bc my internet speed is as it should be, I am thinking that it maybe the motherboard
