You can't really do game design but go to yoyogames.com, as for webdesign you need photoshop talet and know the basics of graphic design.

Lynda is an excellent source for software courses. But remember; it's not always about the knowledge, skill has a big role.

This is the language C#, it's pretty easy to learn, it took me about a month. It was my first language.

One thing is to buy boos about them, like basic HTML, and if you want to do a proper course and get qualifyied then you can look online and they do an online / at home courses with different colleges.

or you can self learn. i did an online / at home course and you do it in your own time and can be rewarding as there is so much to learn about it, even if most people think they know how to do wed design and graphics etc and use programmes (development software) to do so, they still don't know how to design and build a web site as doing one from pure code is longer proccess but its your work.

I am fairly proficient with Web Design and Programming ( I have an associates in Computer Science going for my masters). I never use it ever... I feel bad I have it. To be brutally honest I never learned much from online resources or school most of it is self taught so that it what I recommend for now.

It depends a lot on what you want to do.I made a few games using java and c++ w/ and without external libraries.I'd recommend starting from scratch,with your own game engine,this really helps you understand how game logic works.
