I want to make a PC with a Ryzen 5 3600 or an Intel i7 and a RX5700XT or a 2070 Super but beside these 2 things I don't know much about motherboards, power supplies. cases ,etc if someone can give me an idea of a good build that isn't to high in price but in the middle of $900 - $1200 tops $1300 if anyone can help? I want a build for both streaming and gaming above 1920 x 1080 and 100 fps+

i7 what?

do you need the nvenc encoder, or dont have a really tight budget?

for that money, a 20 series card is out of your reach.

PC specs:

Ryzen 9 3900X overclocked to 4.3-4.4 GHz

Corsair H100i platinum

32 GB Trident Z RGB 3200 MHz 14-14-14-34

RTX 2060

MSI MPG X570 Gaming Edge wifi

NZXT H510

Samsung 860 EVO 500GB

2 TB WD hard drive

Corsair RM 750 Watt

ASUS ROG PG248Q

Razer Ornata Chroma

Razer Firefly

Razer Deathadder 2013

Logitech G935 Wireless

should be able to squeeze a 2060/70 super in there on that budget (provided other components can be got at decent prices) with the 3600. Cases are highly subjective, depends on what you want.
Still needs storage and case
Recommend an aftermarket cpu cooler if you don't want to manually tune it (amd stock settings run high voltage and thermally limits itself, much performance to be gained from tuning, less an issue with better cooling)

yes there is one 47mins away from me

They have the best prices on CPUs and you get $20 off a motherboard. My microcenter will give you the $20 off of the open box motherboards, but you have to ask.

Which microcenter do you live near?

They have 2 3600s in stock. The open box selection in that store is not great.

I'm a fan of this motherboard:

https://www.microcenter.com/product/625305/asrock-b550m-pro4-amd-am4-matx-motherboard

It would be $95 after the bundle discount.

This is $380 after the code:

https://www.newegg.com/sapphire-radeon-rx-5700-xt-100416p8gl/p/N82E16814202349

This power supply is a bit of a splurge but its with it:

https://www.newegg.com/super-flower-leadex-iii-sf-650f14hg-650w/p/1HU-024C-00007

Ram and case will depend on how much rgb you want but I just used these and they are fine

https://www.newegg.com/oloy-16gb-288-pin-ddr4-sdram/p/N82E16820821106?item=N82E16820821106

And

https://www.newegg.com/black-montech-flyer-x-atx-mid-tower/p/2AM-00CN-00009?item=9SIAK91AX48138

That puts you at $780 plus tax. You just need an ssd and a storage drive
