Ryzen system won't post

My nephews system decided to crash. 

It kept on turning on for 2 secs and turning off. Changed ram changed cpu even power supply. At the moment it's powering it up but no peripherals will work. 

 

Few days ago he had a bit of water flood from ceiling and from what I've been told some of the water got inside so I disassembled the system and left it to dry for 24hours.

 

So atm I think dead motherboard. I can change it too but I don't know how compatible x470 is with 2400g
