So theres these two LED bulbs, both have the same 60w Equivalent rating but the Ikea one is warmer by about 100k and has 200 less lumens. Not much but will it be enough for me to notice? If you were getting one which one would u get?

I guess the purpose of the bulb might help in deciding which to buy.  (according to the European Union standard, an energy-efficient bulb that claims to be the equivalent of a 60 W tungsten bulb must have a minimum light output of 700-750 lumens)

 

 

But here's something to look at in the mean time.

A Lumen is the amount of light seen at a distance, showing two photos of the lumens in action is now defined as not accurate?..... 

 

Also 400 Lumen is not that bright; it can be seen, but it's not that bright at all.  Just as the human eye can see a candle light over 400 yards away, that doesn't mean it's "bright"  To be perfectly honest, a 60 watt incandescent light bulb is fairly dim and the EU standard states it must be almost twice the amount of Lumens than that of a 400 Lumen bulb at 700 to 750 Lumens.  Meaning your 400 Lumen bulb is the actually equivalent to about a 30 to 40 watt incandescent bulb -- and that's giving it a bit of credit to producing more than it probably is.

I wouldn't buy any LED light bulb because stuff like skin looks funny under it colour wise.

The colour is better than fluorescents

Just go to the closest place that sells LED bulbs and choose the best looking one. A lightbulb is not a very serious decision.
