Overwatch connection problems????

I just switched from console to my pc on overwatch and as of right now my pc has a really crappy gpu (AMD Radeon HD 8490). I am going to get a new GPU, but it disconnects and gives me this symbol (down below). I teleport to the place I was like 5 seconds ago for some reason or everyone freezes.

I looked everywhere on the internet for why this shows up and I cant figure out why.

It's most likely your internet connection, you could have a high ping leading to the teleporting back and forth and freezing in place.
