I'm not fully knowledgeable on this but I have a Lenovo m92 mini and would it at all be able to be used with a external GPU in anyway.

This is not a gaming machine for me, just like to test things in my spare time.IMG_20200825_192846.thumb.jpg.37124ad5fd86f89a54573d7ff9284afb.jpg

You can probably use that mPCIe slot (with those mPCIe to PCIe adpaters), but i can't guarantee that it would work. Performance would be terrible anyways.

DIY: You'll need a mini-PCIe to PCIe adapter, a PCIe riser, a PSU, and a graphics card.

I have a 750ti that doesn't need external power, with that would in just need to get a power supply to allow the GPU to run. As I don't think the system will give enough power.

Some adapters require an additional PCIE 6pin power connector to function. ( to provide power to the PCIe slot) You need one of those.
