I got you this list:

PCPartPicker Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/XdLc27

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3300X 3.8 GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($130.00)
Motherboard: MSI B450M PRO-M2 MAX Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard  ($78.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory  ($57.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Green 240 GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive  ($37.45 @ Amazon)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda Compute 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($54.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER 6 GB TUF GAMING OC Video Card  ($229.99 @ Best Buy)
Case: Cooler Master MasterBox Q300L MicroATX Mini Tower Case  ($49.19 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Gigabyte P-B 650 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($65.98 @ Amazon)
Total: $704.57
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

The quirks of this build are the micro atx case, although it is very nice and good looking, and the motherboard that has no wifi and bluetooth, and 2 slots of memory only. You could save SOME money if you dont want to overclock by getting a motherboard with an a320 chipset.

You DONT need to update the bios because of the MAX motherboard, so thats nice. The two ram slots are a bummer, but 16gb is enough for now

(some additional fans for the front panel would be a good idea)

Thanks for taking the time to reply! I am from greece. Also looks are essential because my misses will kill me if it's a bad looking case. I dont care about wifi because I plan on using ethernet. Mobo is a plus if it is visible. Thanks again for taking the time to reply!

It looks nice in my opinion, and the motherboard is fine looking. Not ugly by any means, so you will be fine
