Ssd for 20€ ??

I am willing to spend 20€ on an ssd and i found this

(I am from Greece btw) https://www.skroutz.gr/s/15900705/Gigabyte-SSD-120GB.html#specs does this have a dram cache and does it worth it?? I currently don’t have an ssd just two Hdds so I want it for the os. And maybe a game

For 20€ expect cheap crap with no DRAM cache and QLC.
