Hey guys,

I have an SD card wich is coruppted. I am not able to format it normaly or via the comand center. I already tried the comand "chkdsk g: /f" this brings up an error message that the Volumebitmap is dameged and couldn`t be fix by Windows.

Does anyone have an idea how i can fix the Volumebitmap?

The drive has a volume of 64 GB and is exFAT formated.

Thanks

That does not solve the Problem, that the Volumebitmap ist dameged. Do you have asuggetion to sovle the problem?

You format the drive. Open up Explorer, right-click the drive and choose "Format", or use the disk-management utility, like e.g. press Win+R, type diskmgmt.msc into it and press Enter or click on OK and then format the drive from there.

I have tried this also, after this the disk-managment utility shows the drive as formatet, but when you open the explorer all files are still there.

If it's a normal-sized SD-card and not a microSD-card, check that you haven't flipped the toggle on the card to read-only mode.
