GPU Usage Spiking

My gpu usage seems to spike up and down a lot during use in games and I am not sure if i should be concerned or not. I also get RAM usage errors somewhat frequently as well with like one browser tab and discord open when i try to launch a game. Nothing is overclocked or undervolted or anything of the sort.

Specs:

Ryzen 5 2400G (Stock Cooler)

Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8gb 2400MHz

XFX RX 580

Asus STRIX B350-Gaming

EVGA 750W BQ 80+ Bronze
