Please help , Quick !

Ya so I was installing a game ( FOR MY DAD ON HIS LAPTOP ) nd it was a .iso file that I had downloaded so ya I opened it up using daemon tools nd started installing , after it was done ( should I have deleted the iso file created by daemon tools I mean the virtual disk that was created ) nd the game game setup was asking for restart so I restarted , but now the pc won't open up to windows , windows startup repair started nd said me that the pc had not shutdown properly so it asked for restart , nd when that happened it said the pc didn't shut down properly 

Please help me quick , I need any kind of help I can get

Sorry nd yes the battery is full, nd safemode via the startup repair software ...?

I did the safe mode thing its coming back to this  

 

Aslo  I don't want to lose my personal files
