Do you care bout power usage?

Either id get a used server(loud, power hungry, fast, lots of ram support, good impi), or a basic desktop with something like a 1600, gt 710, 32/16gb of ram, and some hdds.

How much storage do you need?

Getting a 710 probably isn’t the best idea, there is another 34$ in the budget so maybe this person should look to see if they can find a used rx 550, 560 or 4 series equivalent. They will have a much better experience with that.

Kogan 144hz monitor (Overclocked to 165) Ryzen 3 3100, RX 580 Gigabyte Windforce (1450 mhz) 2 x 8GB CL15 DDR4 3133 (Overclocked from 2400) Phanteks P300 white (RGB set to purple), Zarrius Deskpad (I have the yellow one), Razer Deathadder Essential, CK62 wireless (don’t use it wireless)

The 70 isn't there for the compute power, its just there for a low power display output. Those cards would probably be worse i this case as they use power power, cost more normally.

you can get something like a i3 10100 or 10400 here for betting single thread.

You cn't just tke the gpu out, you need to hvae. gpu for rzyen as it doesn't have a igpu
