I literally cannot boot windows I’ve been stuck on the UEFI BIOS utility for a couple days, when I try to do anything I press save and exit it boots up and then takes me right to it every single time, I just built this pc from scratch 

specs: 

z390-a

500gb 970 evo

rtx 2080

i9-9900k

2tb hdd
