Is there any reason for the 16GB RAM? because most of the high performance laptops under $800 only come with 8GB RAM. You could certainly upgrade the same if you want. But, since you have mentioned it specifically, I’d like to suggest some I think are the best according to your RAM, budget, and graphics requirements.

 

Acer Spin 3 is a convertible choice in this range. HP Pavilion X360 runs on a 12GB RAM and is also a strong performer. Dell G5 series laptop comes with 8GB, but you can upgrade to 32GB too. Asus VivoBook S15 is also great.
