Planning for a new laptop!

Budget (including currency): £500 - £1,000

Country: England (for now)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Photoshop, blender, audio editing (reaper). Gaming, train sim world 2020, GTA V. Regular school work.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): No existing parts, I will need a keyboard and mouse (happy for recommendations, but I have some spares at work/home I could steal). I am currently using a Dell Vostro 15-3568, which I have issues with since I brought it. It is now out of warranty. I want a laptop which can do all the above while I am away from my desktop computer. As well as this I would like it to be thin and not chunky, but overall not really bothered about that. I need to be able to buy by the 1st Sep so I have it ready for when I go back to college. Resolution should be 1920x1080. 60Hz for refresh rate as well.

 

Games I am not so worried about because I can use Parsec to connect to my desktop at home. But I would prefer to be able to play on the laptop. Not bothered whether it has fancy LEDs either. If it is too attractive I'll probably be robbed my first day back.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
