An eBay story, what do i do next?

I listed a motherboard on eBay about a month ago, along with memory and cpu. It was an FX-8350, paired with an MSI 970 gaming motherboard, and 16gb of ram. I put it up the day after I upgraded my system to a ryzen processor. I sold it, and forgot about it. One thing i didn't mention in the listing were these weird oil splotches on the board, but I didn't think anything of it, since I had just pulled it out of my system and it was working fine. A quick google told me that it was this fluid

He then told me the board doesnt work, and he tried resetting the CMOS and all that, with no success, and told me it had liquid damage. What do I do now? How do i check it works without pulling my whole system apart? And should I put it up for sale again? (p.s sorry for bad formatting)image.png.43b7f32d98ce086bb22534250ae99373.png
