Intel xeon e3 1240

Hello folks

 

I have a weird problem with my cpu turbo frequency , i don't know why , it doesn't turbo to the advertised frequency by intel when on load . So basically when I make a cinebench r15

And what does it turbo to? Do note than it will turbo to the all core turbo and not the single core turbo. And afaik the turbo boost that Is advertised is for single core.

The turbo is actually the 1 core turbo.

 

3700 MHz (1 core) 3600 MHz (2 cores) 3500 MHz (3 cores) 3400 MHz (4 cores)

I have made an edit but it doesn't show up ... 

 

So basically turbo up to 3.4GHZ all core and then stays at it

Yep, that's the all core Turbo.
