I'm running Predator Helios 300, my Intel Dual band 9560 was working properly suddenly it started showing code 10 error and stopped functioning. I tried reinstalling driver, restarted several times but non of these worked. I also reinstalled windows(without formatting). I'm having problem in this lockdown of CoVid-19. Please suggest me the solution

Did you upgrade or change any hardware recently?

Did you recently get a Windows Update?

Have you tried opening the laptop, reseating the WiFi adapter and making sure the antennae connections are well fitted?

Reinstalling Windows without reformatting is likely not going to fix anything especially if there is file corruption at the disk level.

I haven't upgraded any hardware. I haven't checked the connections, I'll definitely try and let u know.

I made sure that the wifi card and antennae are well fitted. I also formatted and reinstalled the Windows from media creation tool using USB. But all these didn't work.

This actually happened after July 31, at that time reinstalling the old 2017 driver fixed the issue. But when I installed the same driver now, the Windows became unstable and went to blue screen. I don't know if this is driver incompatibility or card failure😔

Windows 10 updates are getting unpredictable now. I've been in several situations where something got broken and made my entire system unbootable until I reverted to an old system restore point. From now on, I silence the updates for a month after a new notification then install hoping that bugs are worked out.

Download the latest drivers from Intel directly, then uninstall the current ones and uninstall hardware from Device Manager. Reboot the PC and install the downloaded drivers.

Yeah, I've done that multiple times. I think I'll now wait for the next quality update, just to find my hardware is the real broken thing.

Hey I have the exact same issue on my Acer Nitro laptop. Works fine when I'm browsing the internet but as soon as I launch up a game, I get stutters and wifi driver crashes. Don't know if its hardware related or if its due to some Windows update. Any fixes for this issue from your side?
