I just finished my screen replacement.I turn it on, yay it works. I proceed open the screen further and I hear a loud pop and feel the laptop vibrate in the hinge area of the laptop. I think I installed something incorrectly. Here is a video of this happening.

PS: auto boot must not have turned off when I typed in the command but it works so…..

Why would you continue to open a screen after it both works AND you turned it on? This seems like a direct request for trouble.  I can’t see whatever is in the google drive, but just judging from the description of the pop and Vibration it might be you breaking the fan shroud (there are usually two back there) and the fan hitting whatever got jammed into its casing.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

That worked :)

im not hearing any vibration but it sounds like something wasn’t put back correctly and one bit is impinged by another bit but only on an edge so they’re snapping past each other.  Macs are big on tight tolerances. If a part is only a bit off it could run into something else.
