I'd suggest not to add anymore RAM. But if you really want to, add another 4 for the total of 8 GB. Would be easier to sell it later.

Will 8gb be too much? I kinda want to sell it as a Minecraft pc. I have only 2 slots for ram:/ I can't find any DDR2 4gb sticks anywhere :( Will I be able or easier with 8 gbs of ram to have mc and lets say Spotify or discord or chrome?

4GB RAM isn't enough for basically anything nowadays, but if you've only got 2 slots you've got no option.

Don't spend anything more on this, you're never going to recoup it, the system is basically worthless and you'll be happy if someone throws $50 at you for it.

Win 10 alone will suck up 3 to 3.5 GB worth of RAM. And this is why 5 years ago, game requirements are 8GB RAM. 4 for OS and 4 for games. But nowadays, gaming PCs are required/suggested to have 16GB just to be safe, 4GB for Windows, 4GB for random background apps, 4 for Chrome, and 8 for the game,

People run monitoring softwares that uses RAM, communication apps like Discord which is already at 500MB RAM, and browser too.
