I'm considering buying an eluktronics laptop (matrix rp-15). While the price for specs is awesome, I'm more concerned about longevity and durability issues such as problems with the chassis, buttons, trackpad, etc. This is especially important for me as I don't live in the US and if any issues arise it will be a major pain to ship back and forth. So if anyone who has owned an eluktronics laptop for a long time, or has encountered any issues with the brand in general. Thanks

They use clevo chassis. So just don't get the eluktronics laptop but find out what chassis of clevo laptops they use and buy the same laptop from a different brand locally. It will just be the same laptop but rebadged as some other random company.

The problem with that is there aren't really any clevo rebrands here in Egypt, so unfortunately shipping is my only choice.

Any reason why it has to be that laptop specifically? Clevo in general has pretty good quality and their devices reach 3 years fairly easily. I'm still on the original config of a clevo p650se (with specially added in ips panel from another one per my request) and it's been a solid laptop for 5 years with the usual defects and damages due to age and wear and tear from being carried around nearly every day for it's whole life. My friends have a couple cheaper versions from clevo and they were put through a little less abuse but after 4 years for theirs they still hold up pretty well and will probably last till they become too slow to really use anymore and an upgrade is needed.

Thanks, that was exactly what I needed to know. As to why this laptop, I honestly can't find a good AMD laptop with a 2060 better than this for this price. I'll try finding the nearest clevo rebrand to order from tho.
