Looking for a laptop

I need a laptop that use for gaming and school. Willing to spend around £1500 (UK) but this could be increased. I want something with a 13 to 15.6 inch display that has at least 120Hz. I will be running RTX Minecraft on this device so the minimum GPU is a 2060. I also need something that is not too bulky and heavy as I will be carrying it around a lot. eGPU would be an option but I’m not sure how much extra that would be or how reliable it is. I also need at least 7 hours of battery life while doing schoolwork. It will be used without upgrade (other than maybe extra storage) for around 4 years. I would like a new or last gen cpu(AMD 4000 or Intel 9th/10th gen). The laptops I have looked a so far are Zephyrus G14 and MSI GS65/66 Stealth. Any help would be fantastic!

2nd question. I know the 2060 Max-Q is only a little faster than the 1660 Ti Max-Q so if I needed to save some money I could drop rtx and get that. However, is there an appreciable difference between the 4900HS and the 4800HS as it’s almost £100 pounds more for a 4900HS?
