PC Crashes When Ram Is Set To Advertised Speed

I've been having an issue with my ram in which my computer will blue screen upon restart when I set the ram speed in the bios to it's advertised 3200mhz. My pc doesn't work properly if the speed is set higher than 2400mhz. I'm not sure if the problem is my ram timings or not enough voltage but I have tried running with 1.35v and still have the same problem. I'm not sure if I did something wrong or if my hardware is possibly defective but if someone with a better understanding of this could help out I would really appreciate it.

I use a Ryzen 5 2600 with an Asus B450-F with 2x8GB of Team Group T-Force Night Hawk RGB rated at 3200mhz.

First of all, make sure they're in slot 2 and 4, then  if it is, set the soc to 1.1/.15 and dram to 1.35, go for 2933 with xmp/docp and then if it's stable go for 3000 with the said values above.
