Windows 10 Store errors and store apps errors

nvidia control panel gave me the first error so i tried to reinstall it manually but now the store and other apps such as calendar are not working and i tried powershell nothing worked plz help

  there should be a list at the top which tells you what data about your system people are going to possibly need, which is most of it.  Makes and models are key.  If it’s a laptop the make/model of the laptop.  Often a model number code. “MacBook Air” for example is nearly useless because there were a lot of them.  Goes for prebuilt desktops too.  With whitebox (homebuilt PCs) the make model of the components.
