"Productive" Smartwatch recommendation

I am looking for a smartwatch that will help me to avoid taking out my phone (android), I want to be able to check the time, notifications, check who calls me/hang up, read massages/mail, media control on the phone itself (earphones), google assistant, onboard wifi, bluetooth and being able to play music from the watch itself without a phone via bluetooth (Spotify/on board) is a plus but not necessary.

No interested in features like heartbeat/sleep sensor, fitness tracker, cellar/LTE, GPS and swim resistance. I am willing to pay up to 200$ for a smartwatch, is there a smartwatch that someone can recommend me for such use?

Honestly, they all kind of suck (even the Apple Watch, which is widely regarded as the best), and it's not going to really help you be more productive.

 

On the Android side, the technical best is the Samsung Galaxy Watch, but it's only really any good if you invest heavily in the Samsung ecosystem, and specifically pair it with a Samsung phone.

 

Wear OS watches are just universally not great, unfortunately. It might be a space to watch (pun not intended), as Qualcomm has finally started making some moves to improve their wearable chips, and Google bought Pebble, presumably with the intention to integrate some of that goodness into Wear OS eventually. However, currently the whole platform is very underserved.

 

Still, if you're an Android user, not invested in Samsung, and you want a watch, Wear OS, is your only real viable option. In that regard, the Fossil watches are among the best, and Mobvoi makes some decent ones as well.
