DIY Water Cooling Loop Help.

I'm using a pump that pulls water rather than pushes it. It has little pressure while being pushed because I'm using an old aquarium, However it does move enough water that it won't cause issues. What is the best way to fill the loop?

So far the best way is to completely submerge the loop in the water of the Aquarium.
