I have monitor already.

Combining i3 9100f with rx 580

to provide 1080p 60 fps 

I like this combo but,

If I want to go with,Ryzen cpu,

Which one should I have to choose ?

Also please help me to chose other parts

ryzen 3100, 3300x, 3500, 3600, depending on your budget. combined with a asrock b450 pro 4 and 2x8gb 3200Mhz ram, and a decent psu like the corsair cx450

A 3500 is more than 3600, usually, with half the threads

It is possible to make a pc within your budget, the catch being that the storage choices are limited without going well over budget. Especially since you said that you wanna play games like Warzone which do take up lots of storage.

This sorta gives an idea of what I was trying to go for, but there are lack of choices for PC part retailers in India other than Newegg and Amazon, so the list was gonna be overpriced anyway. Even though prices may lower when new products come out soon, price trends can be unpredictable.
