Have you run the app multiple times? It may be possible you just had a bad connection during that particular test.

I don't use the speedtest app because is bugged, when doing a test (I have 1gbps down, 100mbps up) it shows 2000mbps in upload

Try not to focus too much on speed test results, the important thing is how it performs in real-world use and even then its not to be expected to necessarily hit high speeds from a single source at any given time.

So the question really would be if its gotten slower in real-world scenarios.

As for speed tests, its a good idea to try the website version of speedtest.net, fast.com and dslreports.com/speedtest, so you can be absolutely sure its not one specific site/app having an issue.

Also if you have any other devices you can use such as a phone.  While WiFi on a hone will probably not hit the speeds you had before, it could be useful to see if it gets more than your PC is getting.  It could very well be something like a Windows update has changed something about the networking and limited that specific PC, frustratingly that can be hard to diagnose.
