Pc doesn't boot up after changing boot priority

Go to solution Solved by WanderingMist,

Just so I have this right, your kingston drive doesn't currently have any OS on it. You have the OS on a usb flash drive and are trying to boot using that? I would recommend doing a cmos to reset the bios to default settings and then try the usb drive again without doing the xmp or changing the boot priority. Once you have the system up and running, you can return to the bios and re-enable the settings you had.

I have this newly built pc:

Ryzen 3 3200g

MSI B450M Mortar Max

Tuf elite 2x8gb 3200mhz

Kingston 500gb m.2

At first after I assemble it, it runs fine. I have access bios, I enabled a-xmp, and change boot priority to install OS. But after I change boot priority first to uefi usb. The pc just lights up but does not boot up. The keyboard also is not working, and also the monitor is showing no signal. Please help!
