so ive asked a question before and i have changed my mine about a couple things 

i have a as rock b450m pro4 and that is a good mobo i think and no reason to upgrade that but i do want to change the fans,psu,aio,and ram so pretty simple stuff

-the cooler is a bit worse but you aren't realistically gonna run into any constraints of the cooler with that board, to be honest i'd recommend just getting something like the H212 Black RGB and calling it a day.

-white RGB sticks

-better fans.

true i dont need a aio but right now im going with looks and i thought that the fans and aio look good

my specs

cpu:ryzen7 3700x

gpu:2070 super

mobo:asrock b450m pro4

ram:3000 corsair ddr4

cpu cooler: 120mm 

ssd: 512 m.2

hdd:2 tb 7200

 

and also i was going to change the ram to go a little cheaper

my birthday is coming up so i just kinda want to go all out with my pc im changing the ram to be a little cheaper-https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0143UM4TC/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1

if they tell me to bring the price down i will use this list it looks good but im going to try and go all out. and because im using corsair on a semi cheaper mobo will the aio casue a problem

Again, the MasterLiquid AIO looks pretty similar and is good enough for cooling your rig, and is quite a lot cheaper, you should consider it.
