Cooler Master H500

So, I just recently got a Cooler Master H500 because the RGB's on for the front two fans looked cool, and my old case was too small. Anyway, I got everything installed to it and working, but even though I followed many instruciton manuals and guides I still havent gotten the RGB's one the front fans working. The case comes with its own RGB controller to control the colors, tried that. All that happened was the only one of the LED's turned on, its stuck on green too. I've tried everything. Also fyi, yes I did plug the RGB controler into the correct PSU cables. So then I decided to plug it into the motherboard. I have a GigaByte Z370xp sli/crossfire, I downloaded RGB fusion, but still only one out of all the LED's came on, its also only the top fan, the bottom fan's LED's don't work at all. The fans work as they are supposed to they spin, but its just the LED's are not lighting up. I've followed a lot of different guides and tried everything someone please help.

i think i may have fried the LED's because i plugged them straight into my motherboard which had a 12v power thing. When i turned it on after doing that, all the LED's came on then instantly died and i think they just got fried.
