PC power randomly cuts off

Hi, I have a problem with my PC and I do not know what is causing the problem.

 

Explanation:

When I work on PC for some time, power to PC just cuts off and it won’t turn on after some time. It has never happened to me before but today it happened 2 times. First time I cleaned case with air and after plugging it back to power it worked. But now it won’t turn on.

 

I don’t think it is caused by software.

I think it has something to do with power supply but I don’t know what. 
 

Can somebody help me here, please?

 

PS: no hardware change was made for almost 2 years

Which PSU are you using ? Probably a PSU failure try to check with another PSU that you can borrow from your friend.

Buy a new PSU it probably went bad. To be on the safe side you could also try a PSU from your friend too .
