I plan on building a pc using the Fractal Design Define R4 with a H100i. I am using 2 140mm Noctua fans in the front for intake, 1 140mm Noctua fan in the rear for exhaust, 120mm Noctua on bottom for intake and I am going to replace the H100i fans with 2 120 Noctuas NF-F12. Now here is my dilemma, I know I am going to do a push configuration for the rad but i don't know whether to use the fans as intake or exhaust on the top.  I will have an OC 4770k on a Z87-Pro mobo with a EVGA GTX 780.  Any suggestions on whether the fans on the rad should be intake or exhaust?

As you have 4x 120mm fans for intake and 1x 140mm for exhaust, Id put the 2x 120mm fans on the h100i also as exhaust. That way dust cant fall in from the top and you still remain with more fans blowing in than out, which means positive pressure inside the case preventing dust build up.
