NEED HELP!

So I just installed an AIO in my pc and I see that there just a teeny tiny bit like a little dot of thermal paste on motherboard what should I do I dont want it to damage my pc

Just wipe it off with a cotton swab and some alcohol. Depending on the paste it's probably electrically conductive, so it might make unintended contacts which could be catastrophic.

Oh ok yeah it's just a tiny dot from AMD's stock thermal paste it's not like alot it's just really little

Unless it is one of those liquid metal thermal compounds, most thermal pastes are not electrically conductive.  You should be fine.

If it looks ugly yes, but it won't affect your PC performance.

 

I am pretty sure LTT did a video on this, where he emptied an entire thermal compound syringe on the CPU to the point it seeped all over the board and lo and behold the PC worked fine.
