Gigabyte B450 factory shipped bios version ?

Hello,

how does one check the bios version on a brand new Gigabyte B450 Aorus M motherboard without running it ?

Does it have a "ryzen 3000 ready" sticker on the box? If not, it most probably doesn't have the bios version required for 3rd gen Ryzen.

Most b450 boards ship with the new bios. 

Check if the box says ryzen 3000 ready. If it does then it does support the AGESA code for zen 2. 

If it doesn't, then the board might not. 

If it didn't ship with the new bios you could just ask the vendor/ computer store to update it for you.

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

No it probably doesnt have a sticker, and i want to know its gonna run at least 200GE. You dont need a sticker for that but it wont run on release bios either.

Yes it will run it out of the box whether is shipped with zen 2 bios or not.
