[solved] My computer won't turn on

hi,

i have a pc with the motherboard H310M-HDV and i just installed the arctic freezer ii 120 and the first boot worked well, but windows got stuck at the login screen, and then i rebooted the PC and windows crushed with error code kernel security check failure and then i rebooted the PC again and it showed error code page fault in nonpaged area, and now when i try to power on the PC it wont turn on at all (the CPU fan works, but the screen is black (my monitor says there is not input))

Is the cooler properly seated?

yes, the cooler makes a tight contact with the CPU (before the PC stopped working, i checked the BIOS and it showed it was at 36 C

i have disconnected all of the drives from the motherboard, and it didn't help,

i tried to take out the GPU and still nothing.

i noticed that the Ethernet LEDs do not turn on even tho i have an Ethernet cable connected directly to my router
