iv had some problems over the last few weeks with high ping spikes ranging from 200-2000 in games, with this iv run multiple network tests

cmd: pathping gives a few paketloss on multiple nodes

network speed tests give regular speeds and mostly regular ping but sometimes jitter pings of the mentioned amounts

am i just crazy and this randomness is expected during this period of sickness

iv contacted my isp on several ocations and mentiond my problems with the regular reply of "no problems found at ur location"

all tests done on multiple devices

is there annything els i can try or prepare 4 another call to the isp to try to get them to take it seriosly

Call your isp, as long as your devices are connected properly it's a problem at their location. Often ISP's don't test for ping, only for speed.

as said already contacted isp on sevaral ocation and described all the problems incloding its packetloss problem, not speed

And I said that they don't care about that stuff because it's not part of the contract, all that is part of the contract is speed. Call them and tell them that you'll switch, maybe they'll change their mind.

Yeah, what Falcon said. Threaten to drop them as a service and see what they say. In addition to that, you can use the pathping command to show them proof that the issue is in fact on their end, and show them exactly where packets are being dropped. They'll absolve themselves of any responsibility if you let them off easy.
