As far as I know as long as it has the proper connectors, in this case 1 6 pin and 1 8 pin for the MSI card (Which the power supply does have) and can supply enough power to the card it will work no problem. On MSIs website they recommend a 500W PSU so it should all work together without a problem

I would definitely not recommend it, as it's a low quality group regulated unit that's in Tier D of our PSU tier list for a good reason, but it technically still would work.

 

PLEASE upgrade it if you can.

The quality of the PSU is also a factor to consider.

Most likely would work but that power supply seems a little on the POS side. Punch all your components into a power supply calculator to find the power draw of your system, if its above 420W i'd recommend getting a new PSU thats gold rated. Doesn't have to be immediately of course just when you get the money.
