GPU Turns on but no output

I am literally panicking rn. My MSI RTX 2070 super Gaming X is turning on (rgb and fans) but I can't get a display output. Help

I assume it worked before?

Do you also have an iGPU to see if you get a picture there and then check the BIOS to see if PCIe is set as the primary GPU?  (it shouldn't matter but its worth checking)

Upgrading Laptop/Desktop CNVIo WiFi 5 cards to PCIe WiFi6e/7

Full system specs? Also did you just install the card? I would suggest turning off your system, making sure your GPU is seated properly and clearing your motherboard's CMOS (keep in mind this will default all of your BIOS settings.) If your system has an iGPU, it's possible that it's outputting from that.
