is This Gpu Good ?

The GPU that i am buying is Nvidia  Gtx 1070 TI

 

And The Cpu is Ryzen 9 3950x

is the gpu good and would Ryzen 9 3950x Bottleneck with it?

The 3950X won't bottleneck any gpu out there to my knowledge, and the 1070ti is a great graphics card as long as you don't need ray tracing and other features that RTX cards have.

Welcome to the LTT forums! The 1070 ti remains a capable and powerful graphics card, now whether it will bottleneck a 3950x, let me put it this way in most modern games no GPU is capable of keeping up with the 3950x esp. at high resolutions such as QHD and higher. Now whether this is the card for you depends on what your budget is, what your expectations are, and what you plan to do with it.

for what price are you getting a 1070ti?

I wouldn't pair the 2. I'd get more like a 3900x

yea i just dont have mother board Gpu and a Cpu

well if you plan to do that pairing something like a 3700x and a 2070s would be better. but again it depends on what you are rendering. what kind of video editing etc.
